I had a fantastic experience staying at this luxurious 4-star hotel! The location was perfect, away from the highway and tucked in a tranquil area. The service was top-notch, with attentive staff who were always friendly and welcoming. The room amenities were excellent, including ironing facilities, air conditioning, and a well-stocked mini-bar. The sitting area and dressing area provided enhanced comfort, and the flat-screen TV was a great addition. I also loved the beautiful garden furniture where I could relax and enjoy the serene surroundings.
I would highly recommend this hotel to family and friends!

The hotel has a beautiful surrounding with admirable grounds and two pools, one located at the front and the other at the back. There are complimentary activities to indulge in, such as playing table games, billiards, and soccer. the staff is warm and accommodating.
The service offered at the hotel was below average, with guests complaining of poor service and flawed ‘all inclusive’ approaches. There were many extras to pay for, which confused guests, thus being charged for items they assumed were included.

We had a great stay at this hotel. Cleanliness was impressive, hotel facilities were top-notch, and transportation was convenient. Furthermore, the hotel's location away from the highway was ideal for a peaceful and relaxing experience. The staff was friendly and accommodating, and the breakfast was delicious.

This resort offers a serene atmosphere away from the hustle and bustle of the main road. You can enjoy a peaceful vacation with your family surrounded by lush green gardens, two big pools and comfortable rooms. the suite is spacious, clean and equipped with all necessary amenities. Delicious Colombian cuisine is included, and the meals are served in a beautiful restaurant with amazing views. the staff is helpful, and the breakfast is a delight, with a variety of options to choose from.
The resort could improve their customer service to avoid confusion about what is included and excluded in the packages.
